Korenji strain

Korenji is a strain from the Catalan seed bank Ripper Seeds. It is a cross between the hybrid strains Radical Juice (Tropicana Cookies x Runtz) and Kmintz (Zkittlez x Kush Mints). The result is a high-quality and productive strain that is well suited to all growing environments. 

 

Korenji is easy to grow and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor cultivation. Thanks to the feminized, photoperiod seeds, growing is very efficient and high-yielding. The plants reach a height of between 90 and 110 cm and need around 50 to 55 days to complete the flowering stage. Once flowered, you can expect a yield of around 500 to 550 g per m2. When grown outdoors, the plants reach a height of a good 2 meters and yield 650 grams per plant at this size when harvested in early October (northern hemisphere).  

 

The strain's genetics are made up of around 60 percent indica and 40 percent sativa. The THC level of Korenji is 22 percent. Due to its indica-dominant genetics, the weed has a physically relaxing effect, although a mentally stimulating effect can also occur, especially at the beginning of the effect. Overall, however, Korenji has a calming and balanced effect with little head rush.

 

The strain's aroma profile is as mixed as its genetics of origin. A solid Kush taste forms the basis, which is mixed with exotic, fruity notes and rounded off with a subtle hint of mint. The buds are compact, resinous and also very juicy thanks to the strong resin coating.
