Feminized sativa cannabis seeds usually flower slightly longer than indica or hybrid types. With modern cannabis varieties, however, this disadvantage is often only readily present. Sativa cannabis seeds usually grow slightly higher than other varieties and therefore do not need to be kept in the vegetative stage (growth) for as long before flowering.

This type of cannabis seed is available for both indoor and outdoor cultivation. However, the choice for outdoor cultivation is limited, especially in areas such as Germany. This is due to the late flowering impulse and the slightly longer ripening time of the plants. They react to shorter days and begin to flower.

In countries like Germany in Central Europe, however, it often gets too cold towards the end of the year, so that sativa plants cannot complete their flowering. So indoor cultivation is the first choice. You will be rewarded with resinous flowers that bring a wonderful "sativa high" that can be activating to psychedelic depending on the marijuana variety.
