Sour Strawberry strain

Sour Strawberry by Barneys Farm is a slightly sativa-heavy hybrid strain. It is derived from the legendary Strawberry Kush and Sour Diesel. Besides the tart berry flavor, this strain is characterized by moderate growing times, huge yields (especially when grown outdoors), and a balanced high.

 

The flowering time of Sour Strawberry is between 65 and 70 days. In an indoor grow, plants with a height between 90 and 120 cm can be grown in this period, providing yields of 600 grams per m2. Sour Strawberry has an average stretch and does not grow excessively branched. When grown outdoors, the strain unfolds an overwhelming potential. Here, the plants can reach up to 2.5 meters in height and carry 1500 g each or even more and can be harvested in the first half of October (northern hemisphere).

 

The effect of Sour Strawberry is strong and long-lasting, which is due to the high THC content of 22 to 24 percent. Therefore, the strain is suitable mainly for users with some experience. However, the high is perfectly balanced between physical well-being, deep relaxation and mental-creative stimulation.

 

The large, compact buds captivate with their radiant, light green leaves and bright orange pistils. They exude a pleasant sweet and sour scent, which is also reflected in the taste. The definitive terpenes are sweet, berry-like as well as tart and slightly diesel-like. Extremely tasty!
