Plug Seedbank from Barcelona, whose creators have also been running a popular social club (coffeeshop) for many years, has created Fruit Drops, an S1 backcross from the Runtz strain, which is extremely popular especially in the hip-hop scene. Originally Runtz was bred by growers from Los Angeles, then made legendary by rapper "Yung LB" and marketed as a strain by "Bernard". The Plug has improved these genetics through selection. This version impresses with sweet taste and uncomplicated cultivation. Runtz is a hybrid of the notorious Gelato #33 and Zkittlez.

 

These feminized photoperiod seeds are easy to grow both indoors and outdoors. The flowering time is just 8-9 weeks and delivers a high yield of 500g per m2. The Fruit Drops strain is easy to care for and easy to cultivate due to its medium size of 90-120cm.

 

In terms of taste, Fruit Drops is in the tradition of Gelato. The extremely sweet, almost syrupy flavors are complemented by fruity terpenes, making this weed a very special, sweet treat. A THC content of 20 percent means a solid high, but one that is also tolerable for everyday use.
